[New Publication] ISSLIDE in GRSL

It is a great pleasure to announce that our Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters (GRSL) paper describing and testing ISSLIDE is now published and available online !

The paper relates the whole annotation process process of our recently published dataset ISSLIDE (available on IEEE Dataport). In addition, we describe the first experiments using standard neural networks from the literature to segment the moving areas annotated in ISSLIDE.
